This is the guarantee behind every piece we release. Wear your SIAFRA through ordinary daily life. If the gold finish visibly fades, send it back and we’ll trade it for the same piece—or the closest available alternative.

- How to trade
- Send us your order details and a clear photograph. We’ll confirm the trade and replace it with the same piece, or the closest available alternative.
- What it does not cover
- Loss, theft, accidental breakage, scratches, dents, or pieces altered by someone else. Your separate return rights will be published before orders open.
The work behind the promise
The base is stainless steel rather than brass, and the gold is applied by PVD rather than electroplating. Every plated finish wears in time, and this is the promise that covers it: if it fades, we’ll trade.
